Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website patriotdisposalllc.com, your customer account, and any residential or commercial waste collection services provided by Patriot Disposal LLC (“Patriot Disposal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, requesting service, making a payment, using our website, or receiving services from Patriot Disposal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to establish service with Patriot Disposal.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your:
  • Name
  • Service address
  • Billing address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Payment information
  • Other information reasonably required to provide service
You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

2. Service Availability
Patriot Disposal provides waste collection services only within approved service areas.
Service availability may depend on:
  • Geographic location
  • Road accessibility
  • Local ordinances
  • Route capacity
  • Safety conditions
  • Equipment availability
  • Other operational considerations
Submission of a service request does not guarantee service until Patriot Disposal confirms the account and service location.

3. Collection Schedule
Collection days may vary based on service location.
Customers are responsible for placing approved waste containers at the designated collection location by the required time on the scheduled collection day.
Patriot Disposal may modify collection days or schedules because of:
  • Holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle or equipment failures
  • Emergency conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Route changes
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We may provide notice of schedule changes by email, text message, website posting, customer portal notification, telephone, or another reasonable method.

4. Waste Containers
Waste containers provided by Patriot Disposal remain the property of Patriot Disposal unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for reasonable care of any Patriot Disposal-owned container located at their property.
Customers may be responsible for charges related to:
  • Lost containers
  • Stolen containers
  • Containers damaged through misuse
  • Containers destroyed through negligence
  • Unauthorized modification of containers
  • Failure to return equipment following cancellation of service
Normal wear and tear will not ordinarily result in a charge.
Customers may not sell, transfer, permanently relocate, modify, or dispose of a Patriot Disposal-owned container without authorization.

5. Container Placement
Customers must place containers in a location that allows safe and reasonable collection.
Containers should generally:
  • Be placed at the approved collection point
  • Be positioned so the collection vehicle can safely access them
  • Not block roads, sidewalks, driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants
  • Be reasonably separated from vehicles and other obstacles
  • Have the lid fully closed whenever possible
  • Not be overloaded beyond safe operating limits
Patriot Disposal may refuse collection when a container is inaccessible, unsafe, overloaded, improperly positioned, or otherwise unsuitable for collection.

6. Acceptable Waste
Standard residential waste service is intended for normal household waste unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding waste disposal.
Patriot Disposal may refuse to collect materials that are unsafe, prohibited, or inappropriate for standard collection.

7. Prohibited Materials
Unless specifically approved by Patriot Disposal, customers may not place prohibited or hazardous materials in waste containers.
Prohibited items may include:
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Paint, solvents, or fuels
  • Gasoline
  • Motor oil
  • Batteries
  • Propane tanks
  • Medical waste
  • Biohazardous material
  • Explosives
  • Ammunition
  • Hot ashes
  • Burning materials
  • Radioactive materials
  • Industrial chemicals
  • Tires
  • Large quantities of concrete, dirt, brick, rock, or construction debris
  • Refrigerators or appliances containing regulated refrigerants
  • Other materials prohibited by law or disposal facility requirements
Customers may be responsible for costs, fines, cleanup expenses, damages, or other charges caused by prohibited materials placed in a container.

8. Bulk Items and Special Collections
Large items, appliances, furniture, construction debris, yard waste, or other special materials may not be included in standard service.
Customers should contact Patriot Disposal in advance to determine:
  • Whether an item can be collected
  • Whether special scheduling is required
  • Whether additional charges apply
Leaving bulk items beside a container does not guarantee collection.

9. Missed Collections
Customers should report a missed collection as soon as reasonably possible.
A reported missed collection does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or additional pickup.
Patriot Disposal may determine whether a return collection is appropriate based on circumstances including:
  • Whether the container was placed out on time
  • Whether the container was accessible
  • Whether prohibited materials were present
  • Whether the account was current
  • Road or weather conditions
  • Operational conditions
If the missed collection resulted from Patriot Disposal's error, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

10. Billing
Customers agree to pay all charges associated with their account.
Charges may include:
  • Regular service fees
  • Additional container fees
  • Special pickup charges
  • Replacement container charges
  • Late fees
  • Returned payment fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Other agreed service charges
Billing frequency and payment terms may vary by account.
Invoices may be delivered electronically, by mail, through the customer portal, or another authorized method.

11. Paperless Billing
Customers who select paperless billing agree to receive invoices and billing notices electronically.
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a valid email address and review electronic billing notices.
Failure to receive or review an electronic invoice does not eliminate responsibility for payment.

12. Automatic Payments
Customers may authorize Patriot Disposal or its payment processor to automatically charge an approved payment method.
By enrolling in automatic payments, you authorize recurring charges for amounts due under your account.
This authorization remains in effect until:
  • You cancel automatic payments
  • The payment method becomes invalid
  • Your account is closed
  • Patriot Disposal terminates the authorization
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Cancellation of automatic payment does not cancel the underlying waste collection service.

13. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.
Patriot Disposal generally does not store complete payment card numbers on its own systems.
Third-party payment processors may maintain payment credentials or payment tokens under their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Past-Due Accounts
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the customer's invoice or account.
If an account becomes past due, Patriot Disposal may:
  • Send payment reminders
  • Assess authorized late fees
  • Decline special services
  • Suspend collection service
  • Place the account on a service hold or skip list
  • Remove Patriot Disposal-owned containers
  • Terminate service
  • Refer the account for collection
Customers remain responsible for unpaid balances after service suspension or termination.

15. Service Suspension for Nonpayment
Patriot Disposal may suspend service for delinquent accounts without waiving the amount owed.
If service is suspended, the customer may be required to:
  • Pay all outstanding amounts
  • Pay applicable late or reinstatement fees
  • Establish an acceptable payment method
before service resumes.
Missed collections caused by account delinquency do not ordinarily qualify for a refund or service credit.

16. Failed or Returned Payments
Payments declined, reversed, disputed, rejected, or returned by a bank or financial institution remain due.
Patriot Disposal may assess a reasonable returned-payment or administrative fee where permitted by law.
Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service.

17. Billing Disputes
Customers should promptly contact Patriot Disposal regarding any billing discrepancy.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically eliminate the underlying account balance.
Patriot Disposal reserves the right to suspend service while a payment dispute is being reviewed when appropriate.

18. Changes in Pricing
Patriot Disposal may change service pricing, fees, or billing structures from time to time.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by law or contract.
Continued use of service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing, subject to applicable law.

19. Cancellation of Service
Customers may cancel service by contacting Patriot Disposal through an approved method.
Cancellation is not effective merely because a customer:
  • Stops using the container
  • Removes a payment method
  • Cancels automatic payment
  • Stops placing waste out for collection
  • Moves from the property without notifying Patriot Disposal
Customers remain responsible for charges through the effective cancellation date.
Any Patriot Disposal-owned equipment must be made available for retrieval.

20. Moving
Customers should notify Patriot Disposal before moving from a service address.
Service does not automatically transfer to a new address.
A new service address must be confirmed as eligible for service.
The customer remains responsible for charges associated with the previous location until service is properly canceled or transferred.

21. Service Interruptions
Patriot Disposal is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
  • Severe weather
  • Flooding
  • Ice
  • Tornadoes
  • Hurricanes
  • Natural disasters
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Government actions
  • Labor disruptions
  • Equipment failures
  • Fuel shortages
  • Landfill or disposal facility closures
  • Emergency conditions
We will make reasonable efforts to resume service as conditions permit.

22. Unsafe Conditions
Patriot Disposal may decline or delay service when collection would create an unreasonable safety risk.
Unsafe conditions may include:
  • Aggressive or uncontrolled animals
  • Dangerous road conditions
  • Low-hanging wires
  • Obstructed access
  • Unsafe driveway conditions
  • Construction activity
  • Threatening behavior
  • Fire
  • Flooding
  • Other hazardous circumstances
Safety decisions may be made by Patriot Disposal drivers, supervisors, or management.

23. Damage Claims
Customers must notify Patriot Disposal promptly if they believe Patriot Disposal caused property damage.
Claims should include available supporting information such as:
  • Date of incident
  • Location
  • Description of damage
  • Photographs
  • Video
  • Witness information
Patriot Disposal may investigate the claim before determining responsibility.
Patriot Disposal is not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing damage, damage caused by unsafe container placement, hidden conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

24. Driveways and Private Property
If a customer requests or permits Patriot Disposal vehicles to enter private property, driveways, roads, or paved areas, the customer represents that such surfaces are suitable for heavy collection vehicles.
Patriot Disposal is not responsible for ordinary cracking, settling, rutting, indentation, or similar damage that may result from the weight or operation of waste collection vehicles, except to the extent caused by negligence or as otherwise required by law.

25. Customer Conduct
Customers must not threaten, harass, intimidate, abuse, or interfere with Patriot Disposal employees, contractors, or drivers.
Patriot Disposal may suspend or terminate service when customer conduct creates a safety risk or substantially interferes with our ability to provide service.

26. Customer Portal Accounts
Customers may be provided access to an online customer portal.
You are responsible for:
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Using a secure password
  • Preventing unauthorized account access
  • Promptly notifying Patriot Disposal of suspected unauthorized access
You may not attempt to access another customer's account or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

27. Website Use
You may use Patriot Disposal's website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to disrupt the website
  • Scrape or extract information in an unauthorized manner
  • Use automated systems to overload or interfere with the website
  • Impersonate another person
  • Submit false or fraudulent information
We may restrict or terminate access to the website for violations of these Terms.

28. Communications
By providing contact information, customers agree that Patriot Disposal may send service-related communications by:
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Text message
  • Customer portal message
  • Mail
Service-related communications may include billing notices, schedule changes, payment reminders, emergency updates, missed pickup information, and other account-related notices.
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

Text (SMS) Messaging. By opting in to text messaging — through the customer portal, a service request, or by replying START to one of our messages — you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Patriot Disposal at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include billing and invoice notices, payment and past-due reminders, pickup-day reminders, holiday or weather schedule alerts, and other account-related notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning off SMS in your customer portal Profile; reply START to opt back in or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service or change amounts owed. Patriot Disposal and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

29. Privacy
Patriot Disposal's collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Prohibited materials placed in waste containers
  • Unsafe or unlawful use of containers
  • Customer violation of applicable laws
  • Misrepresentation by the customer
  • Violation of these Terms
